Well little miss, another week down and still going strong! You are such a sweet girl to Mommy, we make a great team. I have decided to stop tracking your growth with the scales though...not a good idea. :-) You have really really really been moving this week, and Daddy and I love it. We had our 3D/4D ultrasound on Wednesday, and once again the first thing out of the sonographer's mouth was "we're really moving here". I'm telling you, you're a wild woman! You were flipping and kicking and crossing your little ankles...such a lady already! However, the one thing you would not move was your arm which was right across your precious little face. I think you have my nose and Daddy's lips! Oh, also, currently you have no hair...Mommy better start buying some bows just in case. We got a couple of good glimpses at you, but your beauty will still be such a sweet surprise for us!
Mommy has been crafting like crazy trying to get ready for your first shower...it's just two weeks away! Your nursery will be done by then so everyone can see it and ooh and aah (well hopefully on the oohing and aahing...haha). It will be so nice to have your little sanctuary complete...all we will need is you, as soon as you are done that is!
We go back to see Dr. Cortez on Friday, and from now on our appointments will be every two weeks instead of every four. Mommy is so excited to get to hear your sweet little heartbeat more often! Also, this is the last week of our second trimester...two down, one to go! Wow!
Keep getting bigger and stronger in there and know that Daddy and I are becoming more and more smitten with you every minute of every day...we are so in love!
