Margaret Monday

What a week we have had here in Texas!  I want to start out this week's post with Praise!  Margaret had an excellent visit with the Neurologist on Friday.  He was very impressed with several things and even asked if we wanted to try to stop her seizure medicine.  We declined, but it's exciting!  He is very much a realist and in no way has ever sugar coated anything, so when he kept saying how impressed he was, I let out a big ole "Praise the Lord".  We are so thankful God has placed wonderful doctors in our path, but we are still so glad that He is the ultimate physician!
We've had a busy week.  Grandma Jackie came to visit on Tuesday, and we went out for Fajitas!  On Wednesday, Great Gammy June and Great Aunt Jenny came to visit too.  We loved having them all here to love on sweet Margaret.

On Thursday, Marty and Uncle Ben went to the movies.  Margaret stayed with Aunt Shana, her first babysitter that was not one of her grandmas.  Saturday was our five year anniversary, so Uncle Ben and Aunt Shana watched Margaret.  Marty and I went to the mall and Aldi...we'll do something more exciting later maybe.

Margaret also got her AFOs on Friday.  They are super cute, and will be even cuter once we add a little decoration courtesy of our friend Leah!  We only have phone pics of them now, but I will take some real ones tomorrow when we wear them for PT.

So, this week please pray that our precious Margaret continues down this path of progression and continues to impress all of her doctors.  She has come so far in such a short time, and we can't wait to watch this journey unfold.  It's so neat to watch her develop and grow!  The peace that a good report has brought to our family is amazing!  Also, please continue to pray for the medicine to help with the spit up spells...it's pitiful.  We know God is with Margaret and with us!
